Burkett Farm, located in Cary, NC, provides hungry people in the Triangle with sustainably grown produce. Their mission also includes educating the public on the importance of strengthening local food systems for the sake of our environment, health and economy. It is a place of community gathering for people interested in volunteering or learning how to grow their own food.

The logo concepts for Burkett Farm ranged from conceptual/corporate to more down-home feeling. In the end, they chose a logo with a whimsical hot air balloon/radish, which my husband designed. I guess he won that round.
