I’ve always been fascinated with interiors. Though I don’t consider myself an interior designer, I have a good eye and an ability to curate. In 2019 I spent a couple months frantically fixing up and furnishing a penthouse apartment in downtown Durham, NC — one of my favorite projects. “The Vintage Penthouse” hosted many guests, was the site for video shoots (including Sylvan Esso on The Today Show), mini-weddings, engagements, and photo shoots. I ran it as a successful Airbnb property for several years before turning it over to new management.

Other projects pictured are mockups of design concepts for clients who had a strong sense of style but wanted specific paint, furniture, and fixture picks to get the look.

The kitchen was designed and constructed by two local companies, but I selected the countertops, tile, wood, paint, fixtures, furnishings, and accessories.
